We are committed to explaining the advantages, disadvantages, fees, and scheduling requirements for every dental procedure. Our Commitment to You
- We will accept your insurance if your insurance allows you to see us
- We will send you a link prior to your appointment to fill out all your necessary forms via phone, tablet, or computer
- Prior to treatment, your dentist will thoroughly explain your dental procedure
- Your options for payment will be clearly explained before your dental treatment. Questions about fees of any kind will be answered. (Ask our staff about third-party financial arrangements!)
- You’re encouraged to ask questions about both treatment and financing. We want you to make educated decisions about your options for both health and financing.
- Estimated insurance coverage will be provided to patients by our office staff prior to treatment.
- Following your procedure, our office staff will complete insurance forms and bill the insurance company as a courtesy to patients.
Our Expectations
Payment is expected when dental service is rendered unless previous arrangements have been made; balances not paid by the insurance company are the responsibility of the patient.
Please call ahead, and we’ll personally assist you with all of your insurance needs. We accept all insurance as long as your insurance allows you to see us!
